Hamza Omair is 24 years old and works as the Financial Officer for Alliance Member Palestine Agricultural Co-operative Union in Ramallah, Palestine. He has around two years� experience in accounting and financial administration for non-governmental organization (NGOs) and he holds specialized certificates in monetary programs (Bisan & Al-Shamel), and in statistics (SPSS).
