ICA Global Youth Network Executive Committee

ICA General Assembly was held in 25 October 2018 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This year there were elections for the member at large, in which a full committee has been elected in this session the following are the members that were selected. The following are people selected from the elections from there respected region:-

  1. Angelica Soberanes was ratified as the new Vice President for the Americas Region.
  2. Koffi Kobenan Maurice was elected as member at large from Africa
  3. Ryan Miquiabas Huesca was elected as member at large from Asia-Pacific
    .

Mr. Ryan Miquiabas Huesca from COO, AIMCooP from Philippines has joined in from Asia & Pacific Region is now a part of Global Executive committee.

 

According to Mr. Ryan, “AIMCooP from Philippines, a member of the ICA, nominated me as its Youth Representative. It is our first time to join in an international election. However, it is worth trying. To help strengthen the Alliance and its Youth Sector.

 

The election is conducted during the ICA Youth General Assembly in Buenos Aires, Argentina last October 25, 2018 participated by the members of the Youth Executive Committee, ICA coordinator for the Youth Sector and the “Nominees” for member at large from the Africa and Asia-Pacific Regions. Each of the “Nominees” are entitled to deliver a two-minute message/presentation. The ICA Global Youth Network elects the members at large (Africa and Asia-Pacific Regions) with witnesses from the ICA. One had been elected as member at large in the Africa Region and in the Asia-Pacific Region.

As newly elected member at large in the Asia-Pacific, it is an honor to serve the ICA Global Youth Network. We will strengthen the involvement of Youth Sector to the Alliance to address ICAs SDG.
