ACFSMC is the apex body of all supply and marketing cooperatives in China, plus 32 provincial, 342 prefecture, 2377 county federations and 20050 primary cooperative.  ACFSMC actively pushes forward industrial restructuring and upgrading of its agricultural means of production, cotton and resource recycling businesses; accelerates the development of such modern service and emerging businesses of strategic importance as logistics, finance, energy conservation and environmental protection and culture.

Ms. Helen has been working in the international department of ACFSMC for 14 years from    her graduation from the college.  She is  responsible for the economic trade affair between China and other countries in Asia- Pacific.

From 2014.8 to 2015.8, She was appointed to work in MBO office by ACFSMC, as the manager in the ICA-AP Representative Office in Malaysia, responsible for “recycling and IT” Project, and E-commerce as well, organized several meetings, workshops and seminars related with E-commerce between cooperatives in AP during her working in MBO.
